The hotel is somewhat of a mixed bag. The rooms, although generally clean, had some issues like missing towels and outdated amenities. The service was friendly but lacked attention to details at times. The location was both beautiful and convenient, although a bit neglected in terms of cleanliness. There are positive and negative aspects to consider during a stay here.

My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were clean, large, and spacious, although ours was a bit airless being on the 4th floor. The service was exceptional, especially from Siobhan, Gio, and Connor who made us feel very welcome. The location was convenient, just a short walk away from all the important spots in Westport. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall, it was enjoyable. The hotel facilities were well-maintained with room for improvement in some areas.
